The Cotton fiber analysis laboratory was brought into service on 25.02.2014 to provide all public and private institutions, real people with the required cotton analyses upon request.

The equipment available in our laboratory includes 2 units of Uster HVI M 1000 and 1 unit Uster Nep Tester MN 100.

In scope of the laboratory activities, the following analyses are achieved successfully; SCI, Micronaire, maturity (Mat), Fiber Length (UHML), Uniformity (UI), Short Fiber SF, Strength (STR), elongation (ELG), Reflectance (RD), Yellowness (+B), Color Grade (cgrd), Impurity (trcnt, tri, TrID-Leaf Grade) analysis.
NEP ANALYSIS
Nep number is measured in cotton ( nep number in gram gr/pc) by using Uster MN 100 Nep Tester equipment in our laboratory.
CONSULTANCY
Our company has been rendering consultancy services to the agricultural products analysis laboratories, cotton fiber analysis laboratories appointed as authorized classifier in cotton in scope of services e.g. establishment of quality management system and the Project writing.
